Abstract
Hamlet Ordinances are rule among hamlet community, created by Head of Hamlet or even hamlet community. One of these hamlet ordinance is applied in Premarital Agreement. The aim of this research is to find out the binding force of hamlet ordinance in premarital agreement. This research uses juridical empiric method. The data sources are primary data which acquired directly from reseacrh field and refinad with secondary data to explain a brief explanation on primary data. The result of this research shows that the binding force of hamlet ordinance in premarital agreement must be obeyed by everyone, community from inside and outside that hamlet which are the bride and the groom. The one who break this rule, will face the consequences or punishment according to what have been stated. It can be done by alternative (kinship) resolution or through the law of the hamlet.
