Abstract

The research aims to examine an influence of Village Local Revenue, Village Allocation Fund, Village Fund on Village Expenditure and to flypaper effect occured in the financial management of villages goverment in Wonogiri in the period of 2017. The population in this research is villages in Kabupaten Wonogiri. The sample methode used in this study is purposive sampling that resulted to 220 villages of samples were analysed. The research used secondary data from Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Wonogiri through Pemerintah Desa section based on Financial Village Report on fiscal year 2017. Multiple regression analysis were used as a tool by using SPSS 24.00 program. The result shows that Village Local Revenue, Village Allocation Fund, Village Fund has a positive and significant influence to the Village Expenditure and it shows that flypaper effect in villages budgeting of Wonogiri 2017.
