Abstract

This research aimed to identify ( 1 ) contribution social competence grade teachers on the guidance and counseling; ( 2 ) contribution personality competence grade teachers on the guidance and counseling, ( 3 ) contribution of social competence and personality teachers guidance on the services and counseling.The population of the research is all teachers in public candlenut were 28 teachers.Samples taken the whole population of the 28 the population.Data collection method in a survey, observation, and documentation.Analysis techniques used is a technique linear regression double, t test, f test, and a test of determination.The result showed (1) there is the competence of social service on the guidance and counseling demonstrated by tcount ( 2,250 ) > ttable ( 2,064 ) , (2) there is a competence of personality teachers guidance on the services and counseling demonstrated by tcount (2,505) > ttable ( 2,064 ), (3) there is influence of the social of competence and competence personality teachers guidance on the services and counseling with the regression equation y = 6,908 + 0,327 x1 + 0,352 x2, where signifikansinya influence is shown by fcount ( 5,222 ) > ftable ( 3,01).
