Abstract

This study has the objective of looking at the effect of Original Income on Capital Expenditure and whether economic growth moderates the relationship between the two. Population in this research is Local Original Revenue, Economic Growth and Capital Expenditure in districts/cities d Province of West Java year 2013-2014. Sampling method using non purposive sampling technique. The sample used in this study as much as 27x2 years or as many as 54 samples. In this research to analyze data is done by using Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that R2 obtained value 0.579 which means that 57.9% Capital Expenditure is influenced by Local Original Income moderated by Economic Growth. The remaining 42.1% is influenced by variables outside the model. The result of t test shows that the Original Revenue affects Capital Expenditure. While the Economic Growth has no effect in moderating the relationship between the Original Regional Revenue to Capital Expenditure.
