Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know 1) Is there influence of integrated marketing communication to customer satisfaction at student of SKM Muhammadiyah 1 Sukoharjo year 2017, 2) How big influence of integrated marketing communication to customer satisfaction at student SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sukoharjo year 2017. This research is an explanative quantitative research. The population in this study were all students of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sukoharjo. The sample in this research use purposive sampling technique. The sample in this research is calculated by slovin formula that is a number of 93 students of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sukoharjo. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires / questionnaires and documentation techniques. The data analysis used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect 2 of integrated marketing communications to customer satisfaction students SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sukoharjo which is tested with t count of 8.995> ttabel 2.280 and significance value of 0.000 which means <0.05. The two linear multiple linear equations of independent variables are integrated marketing communication and the dependent variable is customer satisfaction in this research is Y = 0.645 + 0,523 X. The value of R square produced is 47.1%, which means that 47.1% dependent variable namely customer satisfaction influenced by independent variable that is integrated marketing communications, while the rest 53,9% influenced by other variable (other factor) outside this research.
