Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influences of company measurement, the audit opinions in previous years, and the development of company to the going concern audit opinion. This research is a kuantitatif. The samples are used in this research are company of manufacture which it is registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2015 that amounts to 140 companies. The analysis equipment which is used in this research is logistic regression analysis. The results show that the audit opinions in the previous years have the influence to the going concern audit opinion, whereas the company measurement and the development of company have no influence.
