Abstract

This research is a quantitative research. This study aims to find out this study aims to determine the relationship: 1) The relationship between extraversion and social interaction with subjective well-being. 2) The contribution of extraversion and social interaction to subjective well-being. 3) Extraversion levels, social interactions and subjective well-being. The subjects of this study were children at the Orphanage. The measurement tool used is the scale with data collection techniques using extraversion scale, social interaction scale and subjective well-being scale. Data analysis technique used regression of two predictors. The conclusions from the results of the study are as follows: extraversion and social interaction have a very significant positive relationship with subjective well-being. So the higher and social interaction, the higher the level of subjective well-being and vice versa.
