Abstract
Concrete is one type of pavement that develops very rapidly, Among them are normal concrete and SCC. To know the performance of both types of concrete, this research aims to review the performance of reinforced concrete beams using SCC concrete with normal concrete. In making betondengan f'c by 25 MPa. With a normal concrete fas value of 0.55 and a focal concrete value of SCC 0.45 with a superplasticizer addition of 1.5% of the weight of the cement. With each type of concrete using a conventional reinforcement diameter of 10 mm and 8 mm dickel. For testing of compressive strength and specific gravity at age 28 day with cylindrical test object with diameter 15 cm and height 30 cm, flexural strength at age 28 day with beam test object measuring 120 cm x 15 cm x 20 cm. From the results of normal compressive strength test of normal concrete obtained result of 26,610 MPa at age 28 day and equal to 20,005 MPa for compressive strength of average of SCC concrete at age 28 day, with normal weight average concrete weight equal to 2211,157 Kg / m3 and 2212,845 Kg / m3 for the average weight value of SCC concrete type. For the average value of the average bending strength of the concrete beam is calculated the value of stiffness, initial crack load and ultimate load by using theoretical and experimental methods. Theoretically shows the stiffness value of N1,2,3 beam of 116,460 kN / mm and the N4,5,6 beam is 129,355 kN / mm with the bigger type of normal concrete compared with the SCC1,2,3 beam of 100 , 99 kN / mm and SCC4,5,6 114,121 kN / mm with SCC concrete type, initial fracture with result of value of Mor (Modulus of Repture) on beam N16 with normal concrete type having value 3,198 MPa and for SCC16 beam with SCC concrete type has a value of 2,774 MPa. The theoretical crack load value of the N1,2,3 beam is 12,801 kN, the N4,5,6 beam is 15,805 kN, the SCC1,2,3 beam is 11,101 kN and the beam SCC4,5,6 for 15,937 kN. At the average experimental crack in obtaining N1,2,3 beam value of 10.667 kN, N4,5,6 beam 34 kN, SCC1,2,3 beam 6,667 kN and for beam SCC4 , 5.6 for 24,667 kN, for the ultimate load beam obtained value of N1,2,3 of 10.67 kN, N4,5,6 beam 41,33 kN, SCC1,2,3 beam equal to 6.67 kN and beam SCC4,5,6 sebsear 35,33 kN. for the ultimate load value, the value of beam N1,2,3 is 10.67 kN, N4,5,6 beam 34 kN, SCC1,2,3 beam 6,67 kN and SCC beam 4,5,6 for 24,67 kN.
