Abstract

Along with the development of the world of education, demanding the university to fix the lecture building equipped with adequate facilities and can be integrated easily. To achieve this, than the need for a new campus building design that refers to the latest SNI. This plan includes the planning of roof structures, and reinforced concrete (slabs floors, staircases, beams, columns and foundation). The building is planned in Sukoharjo area with the value of Ss = 0,749, S1 = 0,313, SDS = 0,600, SD1 = 0,371 and (N ) ̅= 47,5 are between 15-50 m by using SMRF. Analysis of building structure mechanics using software "SAP2000" with 3D frame modeling, while for depiction using software "Autocad". The planning of this campus building is guided by SNI 1726: 2012, SNI 2847: 2013, SNI 1727: 2013 and SNI 1729: 2002. The quality of materials used in reinforced concrete planning is (f'c) = 30 MPa, (f'c) = 20 MPa (basement and foundation), fy = 400 MPa and fyt = 240 MPa, while for roof frame used steel with quality Bj 41. The result of planning processed for the roof frame is purlin C 125x50x20x3,2 and the truss obtained 2L 60x60x6, 2L 50x50x5 and 2L 45x45x5 using welding tool with E70 electrode and plate of joint with thickness of 10 mm. The slabs design of floors and roof obtained by thickness 120 mm with reinforcement steel D10, slabs design of basement floor obtained by thickness 250 mm with reinforcement steel D10, slabs design of stairs obtained by thickness 120 mm with reinforcement steel D13 and D8. Dimension of beam planned 400/600 mm and 300/450 mm with D19 for longitudinal reinforcement and Ø10 for shear reinforcement. Dimension of columns planned 600/600 mm with D25 longitudinal reinforcement and Ø10 shear reinforcement. The foundation is used 400/400 mm piling with a depth of 18 m, dimension of poer is 3000 x 3000 x 1100 mm and dimension of sloof is 350/600 mm and 350/500 mm with D22 longitudinal reinforcement and Ø10 for shear reinforcement.
