Abstract

This study aims to describe: 1) Management of new students admission at MI Keji Ungaran , 2) The learning plan of inclusion at MI Keji Ungaran, 3) The implementation of inclusion learning at MI Keji Ungaran, 4) Learning evaluation at MI Keji Ungaran. The research method approach is descriptive qualitative. The technique of data’s gathering were interview, observation, and document study. The research was implemented at MI Keji Ungaran Semarang regency, the informants of this research are the headm aster, class teachers, the special guide teachers and special students. Triangulation role the validity checking, and the technique analysing was for data reduction, data collecting, data presentation, and conclusion. The study result of Inclusion Teaching Management of MI Maarif Keji Ungaran consisted of two steps assesment due to Special Learner, the first one is psychologist test or peditriacian and the next assessment by special guide teachers at school, Inclusion Learning Implementation Planning at MI Maarif Ungaran consist of: the readiness of teachers’ administrations, adjusted teaching learning design, media utilization, and learning aids, the implementations of inclution learning consist of : seating arrangement by rolling model, teaching learning prosess based on lesson plan and individual learning program . Larning technique and model to apply PAIKEM model (actice, innovative, creative and fun) and for special learners get special training in treatment room or other place where is comfort for them, learning material appropriates to Curriculum 2013, and for special learners get less difficulties and less achievement according of special students ability . Inclusion teaching learning evaluations in generally same as to the other students, but different in number and difficulties.
