Abstract

Abstrak Kabupaten Ngawi dilihat secara geografis merupakan salah satu wilayah Provinsi Jawa Timur yang berada paling ujung barat berbatasan langsung dengan Provinsi jawa Tengah. Dalam merencanaan struktur gedung bertujuan untuk mengdapatkan sebuah struktur gedung yang matang, dilihat dari sisi keamanan, fungsi bangunan, perencanaan struktur, ekonomi, keindahan bangunan, serta bahan bangunan yang tersedia. Untuk mencapai tujuannya, perencanaan struktur harus berpedoman pada peraturan di Indonesia yang telah diterbitkan oleh pemerintah berupa Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) serta direncanakan sebuah struktur gedung rumah sakit 4 lantai dengan sistem rangka pemikul momen menengah (SPRMM) yang berada pada wilayah Kabupaten Ngawi, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Dalam perhitungan ini penulis mengacu pada peraturan terbaru yang telah diterbitkan oleh Badan Standart nasional Indonesia (SNI) yaitu berupa SNI 1726-2012, SNI 2847-2013 dan SNI 1727-2013. struktur gedung yang akan dihitung meliputi pelat lantai, balok, kolom, Sloof, fondasi, tangga. Lokasi gedung berada diwilayah Kabupaten Ngawi, klasifikasi situs tanah sedang (SD) dengan koefisien modifikasi respons (R) = 5, faktor keutamaan gedung = 1,5. Perencanaan ini menggunakan mutu beton untuk struktur utama (f’c) = 25 MPa, untuk pondasi (f’c) = 20 MPa. Mutu tulangan memanjang digunakan (Fy) = 350 MPa, untuk tulangan begel (fyt) = 320 MPa. Untuk mempermudah perhitungan penulis menggunakan alat bantu berupa software Microsoft Office, AutoCad, dan SAP2000 v.14.Dengan diketahuinya mutu-mutu bahan tersebut diperoleh hasil untuk perencanaan struktur atas dengan tebal pelat lantai dan atap 100 mm, dimensi balok anak 250/350 mm, balok utama lantai 2-3 400/600 mm, lantai 4 350/500 mm, lantai atap 300/350 mm, dimensi kolom lantai 1-2 500/500 mm, lantai 3-4 450/450 mm. Struktur bawah dihasilkan fondasi tiang pancang 4 buah kedalaman 8 meter dimensi 400/400 mm, dimensi poer 2500x2500x1300 mm. Abstract Ngawi Regency is geographically seen as one of the East Java Province which is located at the western end of the border with Central Java Province. In planning the structure of the building aims to acquire a mature building structure, in terms of security, cost, usability, architecture, structure, services and local building materials are available with modern design. To achieve these objectives, structural planning should be guided by Indonesian regulations that have been issued by the government in the form of Indonesian National Standard (SNI). In this connection, this final project tries to design a structure of a 4-floor hospital building with medium moment frame system (SPRMM) in Ngawi District, East Java Province. In this calculation the authors refer to the latest regulations that have been issued by the National Standards Agency of Indonesia (SNI) in the form of SNI 1726-2012, SNI 2847-2013 and SNI 1727-2013. building structures to be counted include floor plates, beams, columns, sloofs, foundations, stairs. The location of the building is in the region of Ngawi District, the classification of medium soil site (SD) with the modification coefficient of response (R) = 5, the primacy factor of the building = 1.5. In this plan use concrete quality for main structure (f'c) = 25 MPa, for foundation (f'c) = 20 MPa. The quality of longitudinal reinforcement used (Fy) = 350 MPa, for shear reinforcement (fyt) = 320 MPa. To facilitate the calculation of the author using tools such as Microsoft Office software, AutoCad, and SAP2000 v.14.By knowing the quality of these materials obtained results for upper structure planning with a thick plate of floor and roof 100 mm, 250/350 mm joist dimensions, 2-3 400/600 mm main floor, 4th floor 350/500 mm, roofing floor 300/350 mm, dimension of floor column 1-2 500/500 mm, floor 3-4 450/450 mm. The structure of driven pile foundation is about 4 pieces depth of 8 meters dimension 400/400 mm, poer dimension 2500x2500x1300 mm.
