Abstract

ABSTRACTION Cengklik Reservoir located in Ngargorejo village, Ngemplak sub-district, Boyolali district has a very important role as a multipurpose dam for irrigation advice, fisheries and water tourism destinations in Boyolali with the obtained flood routing will be used to control the Cengklik Reservoir is safe against overtopping hazards of the planned floods. This study uses secondary data in the form of daily rainfall data for 10 years, from 2007 until 2016 from 3 stations as well as technical data Cengklik Reservoir. Calculation step begins with data consistency test continued calculate the average of rainfall area using Algebra average method then continued with analysis calculation of the maximum rainfall data frequency. The result of frequency analysis of the rainfall data is used for flood analysis input of the design with HSS Nakayasu. Flood Route Flow analysis using Goodrich Method and Grapichal Puls Method. By comparing the maximum flood water level to the elevation of the existing DAM, it can be determined whether the peak condition of the DAM is safe or not. The results of the analysis shows that maximum water elevation of the reservoir according to the Puls Grapichal method is +142,26 m with a maximum Outflow of 151,53 m3 / dt and according to Goodrich +142,24 m method with Outflow 151,40 m3 / dt, which is lower than elevation of the dam summit 146 m. Flood reduction is obtained based on the Grapichal Puls method of 71,15% and based on Goodrich method, that is 69,59%. With a high elevation of 3,74 m and 3,76m greater than required height (3 m) means that the dam's peak condition is safe from runoff hazard due to maximum flooding and able to accept input debit for 1000 years re-period with total Q 497 , 87 m3 / s.
