Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the influence of investment, certificate interest rate, money supply and inflation on the economic growth of Central Java 1995-2015. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model. The results showed that investment variables, interest rates, money supply have a significant effect on economic growth. From result of data processing using eviews, show that R² = 0,987415 can be interpreted that Investment, SBI Interest 2 Rate, Total Money Supply and Inflation influence Economic Growth equal to 98,74%, while the rest 1,26%, explained by other variables which is not included in this study. The result of classic assumption test that from multicollinearity test no problem, residual normality test showed normal distributed data, heteroscedasticity test showed that there was no problem, autocorrelation test showed no problem and model specification test showed that the model was linear.
