Abstract

The aim of this research to analyze influence of good corporate governance and leverage on financial performance at basic and chemical industry manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2013-2015. The population of this research is all manufacturing company of basic and chemical industry sectors listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) year 2013-2015. The technique sampling in this research is purposive sampling by take 102 companies based on criteria. Data collection method using documentation data. Analysis tools in this research uses multiple linear regression. Based on the result are found some finding, the first is board of directors has not significant influence to financial performance, the second is independent commissioner has not significant influence to financial performance, the third is audit committee has significant influence to financial performance, and the fourth is leverage has significant influence to financial performance.
