Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Islamic character values in the activities of Cadet in SMK Negeri 1 and 2 Sragen which includes the implementation of Islamic character values in the activities of Cadet both in SMK Negeri 1 and 2 Sragen, the constraints faced in the implementation of the value of Islamic character, the solution in overcoming the constraints faced in the implementation of Islamic character values in the activities of sustainability in SMK Negeri 1 and 2 Sragen. This type of research is qualitative research. The subjects of this research consist of cadet SMK Negeri 1 and 2 Sragen, trainers, headmaster, deputy head of student department, teacher, object of this research is the activity of cadet at SMK Negeri 1 and 2 Sragen. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Validity is determined by triangulation. Data analysis technique is descriptive qualitative. The result of the research shows that (1) Islamic character values in the activities of stake in SMKN 1 and 2 Sragen include; obedient Worship, love of the Qur'an, honesty, discipline, independence, responsibility, cooperation, politeness, social life, love the environment, love the homeland and nation. (2) Constraints of internal factors, for example, the lack of awareness of the cadets in applying the values of Islamic character in daily life, trainers and teachers can not be an example for cadets in the implementation of Islamic character values in the school environment, lack of communication among school members in implementing the values of Islamic character in the school environment. External factors such as the influence of globalization affect the cadets in behaving. They are very easily influenced by information obtained from the outside world so as to hamper the realization of the values of Islamic character in their daily life, the support of parents and the community needs to be improved so that the realization of the Islamic character values that have been implanted in the activities of deafness can be realized. (3) Solutions undertaken in an effort to instill the values of Islamic character in SMK Negeri 1 and 2 Sragen, namely: through the provision of strict rules, subject to sanctions in the form of reprimand and punishment, inculcate the values of Islamic character regularly both in the activities of cadets, in the classroom, the school environment, as well as outside the school, always build relationships with parents and inform the development of cadets / teachers, trainers and teachers provide good example so that can be imitated by the cadets.
