Abstract

The goal of this research knows the correlation between company’s reputation and the consumer’s credibility. The research’s subject is 152 expedition X consumer in using Solo expedition X product. Hypothesis in this research that there is positive relation between company’s reputation with credibility at expedition X consumer’s. Technique of taking sample used accidental sampling. Method of collecting data used the company’s reputation and credibility’s scale. Technique of analyzing data used the product moment correlation. Based on analyzing of the product moment will get the coefficient’s value rxy =0,676 and signifying (P) = 0,000; (P<0,01). It shows that there are positive’s correlation between the company’s reputation and credibility. Effectiveness’s contribution between the company’s reputation and credibility in the amount of 0,456, it means 4,56% influenced by another variable in influencing credibility. The research’s subject of the company’s reputation is high. The research’s subject of credibility is high.
