Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the stock prices on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2016. Factors tested in the research are net profit margin, return on assets and return on equity as independent variable, while stock price as dependent variable. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling with the number of samples of 75 (25x3) companies. Analysis using regression of panel data. The result of t test shows that NPM (X1) and ROA (X2) does not have influence significantly to stock price (Y) individually, while ROE (X3) have influcnce significantly to stock price (Y) individually. Likewise from the results of the test f obtained there is a significant influence of NPM (X1), ROA(X2) and ROE (X3) to stock price (Y) together.
