Abstract

Infrastructure development in Indonesia began to grow and plague in a number of cities – big cities such as Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Surakarta, and others. It is characterized by the presence of infrastructure development in the field of education in Surakarta, namely construction of FEBI IAIN Surakarta. Building FEBI IAIN Surakarta is a means of public mob especially for students to meet the needs in the field of education. In the construction of this building will not be detached from the expert of architecture, civil, mechanical, and electrical experts. In order to obtain a comfortable and secure building reliable and economical to operate it is necessary the presence of the electrical and mechanical planning using AutoCAD software. In planning these things to note is determine the number of point lights in a room, the number of ruanagan cooling (Air Conditioner) in one room, plumbing systems, fire systems, systems of lightning, as well as total the load of the building required. With the results of the above calculation are expected to all visitors of the building will feel comfortable as well as fluency in conducting activities inside and outside the building. The calculation result shows the total of the highest burden of 175,47 Ampere as well as using the main MCCB saver 3 Phase 200 Ampere with cross-sectional area a large conduction NYY 4 x 95 mm2. The capacity of groundtank to the Fire Department and the need for clean water was 924 M3 with dimensions groundtank 22 x 14 x 3 metres and a capacity of rooftank 2 x 5000 litres.
