Abstract

ABSTRACT The era of globalization and business competition make companies grow very competitively in which the companies are demanded to be able to meet the consumers’ needs and committed to make products which have an excellence. The requirements which should be met by a company in order to succeed in the competition is making an effort to create and to maintain customers. In order to reach the objective, every company must make an effort to produce and deliver goods and services needed by the consumers with an affordable price. Specifically, this research aims at analyzing the influences of price, product quality, and services on the customer loyalty especially the loyal customers in the community of breeders. This research is quantitative in which the data of the research results are in the form of numbers. The data are in the form of primary data with the process of data collection directly to the respondents. The data collection from the respondents used a questionnaire which uses 4 variables consisting of 3 independent variables (Price, Service Quality, and Quality Product) and 1 dependent variable (Costumer Loyalty). The method of the data collection in this research is a survey to 109 respondents using convenience sampling. The results of data analysis using confirmatory factor analysis revealed that there are several components or factors in the customer loyalty of the probiotic product of Assabioplus, they are: price, product quality, and service provided by the probiotic Assabioplus. The results of these research variables such as price, service, and product quality revealed that they have significant influences on the customer loyalty.
