Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine p engaruh fiscal decentralization in the concept of shopping areas, in the concept of local revenue, and number of medical personnel to outcomes in health as measured by infant mortality rate in the District / City of Central Java Province. This study uses quantitative descriptive statistical tests. The population in this research is 35 regency and municipal government in Central Java Province. Samples taken in this study is the district government da n city in Central Java province that issued the report with the realization of the budget during the period 2010-2014. The data required is obtained from secondary data from BPS. Data analysis techniques use classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis, t test, F test, and test of coefficient of determination. The results showed that: (1) The degree of fiscal decentralization (DDF) in the concept of income a significant negative effect on the outcomes of health as measured by infant mortality; (2) The degree of fiscal decentralization in the concept of expenditure (degree of autonomy) a significant negative effect on the outcomes of health as measured by infant mortality; (3) The number of medical personnel did not affect the outcomes of health as measured by infant mortality.
