Abstract
This study aims to determine whether the assessment of work performance and employee loyalty affect the promotion of office. This research was conducted at KSPPS Dana Amanah Karanganyar. The population in this study are employees of KSPPS Dana Amanah Karanganyar which amounted to 50 employees. Samples taken from all population numbers are referred to as saturated samples. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and literature studies. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, R2 test, relative contribution and effective contribution. The results showed the relationship between variables: 1) Performance appraisal has a positive and significant impact on promotion. 2) Employee loyalty has a positive and significant impact on promotion. 3) Assessment of work performance and employee loyalty together have a positive and significant impact on promotions. The determination of promotion coefficient test is influenced by performance appraisal and employee loyalty variable, and the model has passed the classical assumption result, and every variable influencing promotion variable also give effective contribution and relative contribution that is performance appraisal and employee loyalty with difference. percentage.
