Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Capital Adequacy, BOPO, Liquidity, and SIZE to Profitability of Islamic Banks in Indonesia period 2012-2016. In addition, this study also analyzed the variation of the four independent variables in explaining variations in profitability variables. The authors hope this research can expand knowledge about profitability and become a reference for further research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The number of samples in this study are 4 Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia. Data analysis using multiple linear regression to test and prove research hypothesis. The results showed Capital Adequacy, BOPO, and SIZE have an effect on Profitability. While Liquidity does not affect Profitability. Simultaneously, Capital Adequacy, BOPO, Liquidity, and SIZE have significant effect on Profitability. Variations of independent variables are able to explain the variation of dependent variable by 86%, while the rest is explained by other factors outside the model.
