Abstract
The development of technology, especially in communication has emerged a new phenomenon called media convergence. The media convergence may be stated as a current of flow occured in any media platform. The media convergence relates to journalism, because the media convergence needs a change of unseparated news room. Several things which must be noted by online media user is that to consider how important the information is accessed by internet. The information cannot be accessed if the redaction management is less directed. The reason why the writer has study entitled Management Online on Website Pasoepati.Net, is that the writer wants to know the implementation of redactional management function on Pasoepati.Net so that the website Pasoepati.Net esists continuously to present news about Persis Solo. According to Steve Aukim redactional managemen includes planning, organizing, moving/directing, and controling/monitoring. Beside that redactional management, a reporter on the online media also supports the running process of online media. It needs a reporter who understand the online journalism. The method used in the study is decriptive qualitative which describes the implementation of redactional management function in planning, organizing, moving/directing, and controlling/monitoring. It also describe the process of presenting news performed by reporter of Pasoepati.Net website. The result of the study shows that the implementation of redactional management functions in Pasoepati.Net conducted well. However, there are several things need to be revised in order that in the future the website Pasoepati.Net exists containing news about Persis Solo.
