Abstract

Concrete is an artificial rock composed of a variety of certain mixtures of water, cement, and aggregate both rough and smooth, as the development of the era becomes the needs of society for facilities kontruski gradually increasing then the selection of concrete as a material construction material is very important . Environment becomes one of the factors that affect the quality of concrete. Including in the environment of batik waste direct contact with waste is unavoidable what if the work is done in the waste area. Contact with waste does not only happen when the concrete is finished but also during the curing. This study aims to determine the effect of maximum compressive strength and maximum tensile strength of concrete by means of concrete treatment of batik and concrete water wastewater using batik waste water against normal concrete with 28 days of concrete age each variation in this research using fas 0,4 and 0, 5 each variation is made 3 samples so that the total sample is made is 36 specimens. The specimens used were cylindrical in diameter 15 cm and height 30 cm. Based on the result of research that has been done, the compressive strength and tensile strength of average maximum for normal concrete is 25,56 MPa for fas 0,4 whereas tensile strength value is 2,74 for fas 0,4. Maximum compressive strength and tensile strength value for batik waste water treatment concrete is 24,43 MPa for fas 0,4, while tensile strength value obtained 2,31 MPa for fas 0,4 decrease 4,428% and 15,517% from strong press and pull the normal concrete slit. The value of compressive strength and maximum drag of concrete using wastewater of 20.09 MPa for fas 0,4, while the value of tensile strength obtained 2.01 MPa for fas 0,4 or decrease 21,402% and 26,724% from value of compressive strength and strong normal concrete slit.
