Abstract

This research is quantitative research which aim to know the influence of independent variable that is organizational culture variable (X1), variable of transformational leadership (X2) and variable of work discipline of employee (X3) to dependent variable that is employee performance (Y) at Financial and Asset Management Revenue Board Surakarta City Area. This study was conducted with 56 respondents samples on the staff of the Financial Management and Asset Management Agency of Surakarta City and the sampling method is done by giving question in the form of questionnaires that each question answered will be expressed in the form of numbers based on the linkert scale. The analysis tool used is reliability test, validity test, multiple regression analysis, R2, t test and F test. Based on data analysis result that partially organizational culture variable, transformational leadership and work discipline significantly influence employee performance with significant t 0.038; 0.011 and 0.047, the F test obtained f count of 11.196 with probability 0.000. While the determinant coefficient of 39.2% shows that the independent variables can be explained by 39.2% and the remaining 60, 8% influenced by other factors. So from the three variables studied showed that the transformational leadership variable which is the most dominant than the other variables with regression coefficient of 0.419.
