Abstract

Ngawi District has several attractions including Musium Trinel, Tawun Poll, Pondok DAM, Kebun Teh Jamus, Monument Soerjo, Air Terjun Pengantin, dan Benteng Pendem. Seven Sightseeing is partly inadequate condition such as lack of hygiene landing, wall paint many peeling and inadequate accessibility, so the users who come to the tourist attraction is reduced. The objectives of this research are to analyze the internal and external potential of tourism object and to analyze the internal dan external classificaion of each tourist destination. The method used is survey. The data needed are primary data and secondary data. The sampling method uses Accidetal Sampling. Data analysis in this research is done by SWOT analysis. The result of the research shows that the tourism object in Ngawi Regency has the classification of internal and external potential is Trinel Museum, Tawun Poll, Pondok Dam, Kebun Teh Jamus, Monumen Soerjo and Benteng Pendem. The low Potential Classification is the tourist attraction of the Bridal Waterfall. Tourism development can be done by maximizing the quality of tourism by completing or repairing the damaged facilities along with routine maintenance and equipping the facilities and infrastructure that have not existed by conducting cooperation between the government and tourism parties with related parties. SWOT analysis shows that a constraint in the development of tourism object under study
