Abstract

This study will examine the effect of economic growth, open unemployment rate, population growth, HDI Population to poverty rate in Central Java in 2011-2015. This research method with this research design is kind of quantitative research by doing hypothesis test. The data used is secondary data by viewing publication Central Bureau of Statistics of Central Java Province. This study uses panel data (combined cross section data and time series). The population of this study is all regencies and cities in Central Java Province. The sample of this research is from all population of district and city government to be sampled in accordance with criterion from year 2011 - 2015. Analyzer used is panel data regression analysis using Eviews7 program. The result of data analysis shows that the panel data estimation result is chosen the best model that is Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Goodness test model of Economic Growth Model (PE), Human Development Index (HDI) and Unemployment Rate (TPT) have a significant effect on Poverty Rate (TKP) in Central Java in 2011-2015. Test Validity of influence (t test) shows PAD and General Allocation Funds Test The validity of influence (t test) at significance level (α = 0.05) indicates that economic growth has a significant positive effect on Poverty Rate (TKP), Human Development Index has significant negative effect against the scene, the Unemployment Rate has an insignificant positive effect on the scene of crime scene and Population Growth has an insignificant positive effect on the scene. .
