Abstract
Local excision of lesion of breast action in RSUD Yogyakarta ranks 2 of the top 10 actsconducted at the Central Surgery Installation. In the patient's medical records documents there were still found some incompleteness in the filing of medical records file including on the case of local excision of lesion of breast. In fact, the filing of medical record documents requires complete recordingand there are sheets that should not be removed. The completeness of the medical records document is also one of the assessment on hospital accreditation activities. This research aims to analyze the differences in hospitalization medical record documents completeness in the case of local excision of lesion of breast before and after accreditation in RSUD of Yogyakarta City. The type of this research is observational analytic and cross sectional research design.The populations of the research were 156 medical record documents, 62 records before accreditation and 62 medical records after accreditation were taken by purposive sampling technique.Data analysis used wasChi-square test. The results showed no differencein hospitalization medical record documents completeness in the case of local excision of lesion of breast before and after accreditation in RSUD of Yogyakarta City (p=0,203).
