Abstract

DLH Government (Dinas Lingkungan Hidup) Solo has the idea to reduce the number of TPS (Temporary Shelter) located in the city of Solo at this time. The alternative that is done if the reduction of TPS is by replacing the TPS or conventional TPS with mobile TPS. TPS mobile is using L-300 car for garbage transportation process. Therefore, there needs to be technical evaluation, location-related environment and real condition in the field to make alternative decision what exactly feels right for waste management system in Solo City. This research which later can make the evaluation material of Solo City government in the scope of city arrangement and city cleanliness. Using the PROMETHEE Method (Preference Ranking of Organization Method for Enchanting Evaluation) will result in the priority or order of polling stations evaluated. Some stages of the method are to define criteria and alternatives, then determine the type of preference of the criteria, then calculate the preference index value, then calculate the leaving flow, entering flow and net flow, and the last is ranking. The final result of the research is the best alternative selected as TPS which will be firstly removed is TPS Pajang Rel with rank weight of -0.35714 and evaluation of TPS Mobile the emergence of the problem of meeting point location become dirty because the process of waste removal.
