Abstract

School full day school programs are expected to supervise and guide their children based on aqidah, good morals and academic value with satisfactory results. Full day school math learning is a school model with a learning program that combines with other activities after effective learning takes place. This program is supported by the management of good math learning. This study aims to: (1) describe the management of learning space settings and full day school math learning media, (2) describe the management of full day school mathematics learning materials, (3) describe the management of full-school math learning interaction, (4) to describe the management assessment of full day school math learning. This research is a qualitative research using ethnography approach. The research was conducted at SD Al Firdaus Surakarta. Data collection techniques used are, observation, interviews, and documentation. Test data validity using data triangulation. Data analysis uses an interactive model with the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The conclusions of this study, namely. (1) the seating arrangement is done based on the need of the learning materials to be submitted and applied to the core activities, (2) the use of mathematics learning media based on the learning materials to be delivered, (3) the preparation of learning materials based on the curriculum and textbook material that can be taken from various sources including from the internet, (4) learning interactions occur depending on the material and instructional media presented by the teacher, and (5) the teacher performs the assessment using written test techniques, oral tests, practice tests, and assignments. suggestions are submitted to the principal, should the principal provide training to teachers so that teachers can improve their teaching knowledge and quality. Better teachers are more creative and invotive. Science that already exist in teaching can be developed more deeply. For the researcher, it is undeniable that there are limitations and shortcomings, so there are still many studies that have not been discussed in detail in this research. Therefore, for further researcher can expand study in research about management of learning of math full day school. Keywords: space settings, media, materials, interaction, assessment
