Abstract

English is the International Language which is used within international relations. So that, English becomes a language that must be learned after the mother tongue in every country in the world. According to the English Proficiency Index (EPI) of English First (EF) educational institution’s research, the ability of Indonesians productive age in speaking English is in the middle level. English education is the first step in order to improve the abilities of Indonesian in learning English. The result of this research is a web based e-Learning application for help English learn process. e-Learning method help students easier to learning English, because accessible anywhere and anytime. The students can also do exercises as the measurement of their English abilities, as well as a teachers’ guideline to measure the English ability of their students. The testing was doing in Muhammdiyah Kartasura 1 Junior High School on eighth A class. The result is majority (66%) of respondent said that e-Learning application is very helpful for learn process.
