Abstract

Toll Road development of Solo-Kertosono Phase-1 is part of Trans Java Tollway System. In approach Konto River bridge the elevation Finish grade very big against original ground level effect review design. Approach bridge herefore it is not possible if using of embankment, other than that should increase the land due to a very wide pile is also prone to landslides. Therefore need design structure Slab On Pile with length 160 m as a substitute for embankment. Structure of Slab On Pile self has many span variations. Related to that research done to get design with spans that cost the most. This research use design structure with span that is 5,00 m and span 7,50 m assisted with software SAP 2000, while the drawing work use Auto CAD. Design finish next step count the volume main structure of each of the design result Slab On Pile. After getting the volume, the next stage by interpolation and extrapolation of the results are then multiplied by the unit price of work. Results of this research shows on the span 5,00 m costs Rp. 37.696.130.298. The cost has decreased up to span 7.50 m, then increased to span 10.00 m. The most optimal design occurs on Slab On Pile spans 7.50 m at a cost of Rp.37.477.145.391.
