Abstract

Increasing the number of residents resulted in the need for increased land area, which could threaten agricultural land crops in Klaten regency The purpose of this research is to know the distribution of agricultural land of food crops in Klaten regency in 2017 and evaluate the harmonization of agricultural land of food crops against the spatial planning of RTRW Klaten regency in 2011 -2031. The method used in this research is survey research method. The analysis method used is the method of interpretation and GIS Qualitative interpretation is used to know the distribution of agricultural land of food crops in Klaten regency. Qualitative SIG analysis method is used to know the alignment between crop farming land with spatial planning (RTRW). The results showed that the area of agricultural land of food crop in Klaten Regency in 2017 was 34,778,22 ha. Agricultural land of food crops in Klaten Regency spread throughout the District in Klaten Regency. The largest area is Cawas District with an area of 2,363.73 ha, the lowest area is Kemalang District with 54,22 ha. The Levels of alignment in the study showed that Agricultural Land ofFood Crops with aligned class were 26,371.94 ha and the class did not aligned were 8406,28 ha. Non-alignment class is commonly found in the City area, near the main road, and the river border. High grade alignment values indicate agricultural land for food crops in Klaten Regency is well maintained. Keywords: Agricultural Land of Food Crops, Alignment, RTRW
