Abstract

MEDIA DEVELOPMENT POSTERS AS FLOOD MITIGATION STUDY ON STUDENT EKSTRAKULIKULE SSB in SMP N 1 KARANGDOW0, KLATEN Ardita Primavera, A610130018, Courses, Faculty Of Geography Education Teacher training and educational sciences, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta, 2017, 67 Page This research aims to find out the feasibility of the learning media posters in flood disaster mitigation material on extracurricular SSB in SMP N 1 Karangdowo, knowing the level of student understanding and toughness in the face of disastrous floods, creating an effective learning media to enhance the knowledge of students against the flood mitigation. The population in this study was a student participant SSB SMP N 1 Karangdowo. The research method used was a development research (Research and Development). The technique used is the data collection methods question form, interview, observation. Analytical techniques used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis techniques of qualitative and descriptive. The research results obtained that the understanding of the students in the flood disaster mitigation material using media posters have an increased percentage of the value of the results the average pre test learning without using poster 74%, while the value of the percentage of the average post test of 90.6%. Learning media can be used to improve understanding of learners on flood mitigation material on student extracurricular SSB SMP Negeri 1 Karangdowo.
