Abstract

ABSTRACT The land has a very important role for the community as a place where development and people's livelihood. As a follow up of arrangements regarding the land and the rights to a land formed the Basic Agrarian Law implementation with a set of rules aimed at ensuring legal certainty for the realization of the rights on land in all parts of Indonesia. One form of transfer of rights over land is selling at auction in the City Land Office Surakarta. One of the transitional forms of land rights is the sale by auction conducted at the Land Office of Surakarta City. The auction case has been disputed between the auction winner and the previous auction owner. In the hearing the judge decides to grant all claims of the Plaintiff to the whole as well as the defendant is declared defeated in the hearing and shall carry out the contents of the verdict.
