Abstract

ABSTRACT Judge in providing protection by giving a justice victim and offenders through a balanced verdict, balanced in here have a meanin that both parties are satisfied and accepted the verdict that given by judge. And in case the victim wants compensation, which if in criminal case not appeal then the demand for damages could not appeal and the victim can apply if there is an result from criminal verdict who has a fixed law.
