Abstract
This study entitled "Analysis of the Influence of Population, Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB), Minimum Wage of Regency / City (UMK) and Inflation on Unemployment Open In Provinsis Central Java Year 2011-2015". This study aims to analyze and find out how big the influence of Population, GRDP, MSE and Inflation, to open unemployment in Central Java Province in 2011-2015. The analysis tool uses panel data regression. Panel data is a combination of time series and cross section data covering thirty-five districts and cities in Central Java and a five-year time series. The result of this research shows that cross section and time series Fixed Effect Model (FEM) is the best panel data regression model. Based on the analysis it is found that PDRB has a significant negative effect to open unemployment rate in cross section. While the time series shows that the number of population has a significant negative effect and GDP has a significant positive effect on open unemployment rate in Central Java. Therefore, the government should provide a lot of training and policy support to reduce unemployment in Central Java.
