Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out the influence of leadership, work motivation, work environment and application of management accounting information on employee performance. The object of this research is all off subdistrict office employees in Karanganyar district. The data collection of this research was gathered through questionnaire survey. The sampling technique in this research was used non-probability sampling technicewith convinience sampling method. The processing and data analysis of this research was done by using descriptive statistic, data quality test, classical assumption test and hypothesis test by using multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2), F test and t test. The result of data quality research test stated that all of the data is valid and reliable. In the classical assumption test shows that the data is normally distributed, free from multicollinearity and does not occur heteroscedasticity. The results of determination coefficient test (R2) is 0,241 and simultancous significant test obtained value of F arithmatic is 10,265 with significant 0,000. The result of hypothesis testing that conducted by t tes shows the variable of leadership and work environment have no effect on employee performs while the variable of work motivation and application of management accounting information have an effect on employee performarce.
