Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) Effects of student perceptions about teaching faculty on analytical skills basic problems of financial accounting services, 2) Effect of students' learningabout teaching faculty on analytical skills basic problems of financial accounting services.This descriptive study took place in FKIP Accounting Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. Accounting FKIP population is all students who took the course Basic Financial Accounting Services totaled 333 students. Samples taken as many as 173 students by random sampling technique. Data were obtained through documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f, the relative contribution and effective. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained regression equation: Y = 94.980 + 0,508X1 + 0,340X2 conclusions are: 1) The perceptions of students about how teaching faculty significantly influence the ability of basic analysis of the problems of financial accounting services. This is based on test t is known that from t = 5.506> t table = 1.974 at significance level of 5% with the Relative Contribution (SR) amounted to 64.80% and the effective contribution (SE) 30.30%. 2) How students learn significantly influence the ability of basic analysis of the problems of financial accounting services. It is based on known bawha t test t = 3,242> t table = 1.974 at significance level of 5% with the Relative Contribution (SR) amounted to 35.20% and the effective contribution (SE) 16.50%. 3) Perceptions of students about teaching faculty and students learning together significantly influence the ability of basic analysis of the problems of financial accounting services. This is based on test f is known that Fcount = 169.317> Ftable = 3.04 at the 5% significance level. 4) The coefficient of determination (R2)of 0.468 indicates that the influence of students' perceptions about teaching faculty, learning to analytical problems of basic financial accounting services amounted to 46.80% while the rest influenced by other factors.
