Abstract

This study aims to and utilize the impact of motivation and commitment to the work performance of Nurses of PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta simultaneously and also partially. The sample used in this research is 95 nurses from RS PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta through questionnaires with random sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis, F test, t test and test of determination. The result of t test analysis shows the relation between work achievement of nurse, and commitment to work achievement of Nurse. While the F test data indicate the influence of motivation, and commitment to the Performance of Nurses RS PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta.
