Abstract

Employee performance has a great contribution in the effort to achieve company goals. High performance is influenced by employee job satisfaction in terms of receiving compensation and also satisfaction to the work environment. This research has purpose to know influence of compensation and work environment to employee performance. The research was conducted at PT.Gemilang Setia Sejahtera by involving all employees. The research data is sourced from the primary and secondary data collected through interview and questionnaire distribution. F test results show that both variables affect employee performance simultaneously. While the result of R² test indicate that the independent variable explain the variation of employee performance equal to 51,7% and the rest explained by other variable outside model. The results showed that the work environment and compensation significantly affect employee performance in PT.Gemilang Setia Sejahtera.
