Abstract
This study aims to describe socialization, obstacles encountered, and solutions to overcome obstacles in socializing moral norms by using modification strategy Role Playing and Physical Self Assessment on youth of youth cadets Juworon Geyer Village Purwodadi.Jenis this research is descriptive qualitative research. The data sources of this research are lurah, community leaders including Village Head, Chairman or Management of Karang Taruna, and Members of Karang Taruna Desa Juworo Geyer Purwodadi. Data collection techniques in research are interview, observation, and documentation. This study uses triangulation of data sources and triangulation techniques or data collection methods. The results of this study can be concluded that: 1) Socialization of moral norms by using modification strategy Role Playing and Physical Self Assessment on Young Mudi Karangtaruna Juworo Village District Geyer Purwodadi district is through playing the role by taking the storyline of an educational themed film. The values of decency that are grown include: honest, respect for the elderly, politeness and courtesy, and order and obedience. 2) Obstacles encountered, namely: a) The existence of members of the reef Twa Juworo Village who do not want to be honest to others, b) The existence of members of reef twa Juworo Village who do not want to respect other people, especially older ones. In addition, the family also did not want to know with the moral education of children, c) Still there are members of the reef twa Juworo Village that looks polite to the elderly. In addition, the influence of the mass media from television shows that do not educate also contribute to the negative behavior of children in the form of disrespect, d) Still the members of the reef twa Juworo Village that looks unstable and obedient in carrying out the duties that become obligations and responsibilities. 3) Solutions undertaken to overcome obstacles, namely: a) Equip themselves with spiritual values in order to avoid negative influences that lead to violations of values and norms. b) Understanding to the child to always be respectful to others, especially to older people, c) Understanding to children to always be polite and satun to anyone and wherever he is. d) Provide early understanding to the child to always obey the rules and provide sanctions for violators.
