Abstract

The efforts to offset the rate of development of science and technology needs to be made computer programs to simplify and speed up calculations with high accuracy count. This calculation program of reinforced concrete beam is made using Python 2.17.13 programming language with method of calculation design based on SNI-2847-2013. The step of design include literature studies, calculations and drawings, application identification and modeling, application planning, application creation and testing of beam count application programs. This program is named Scode Beam with version 1. Validation of calculation program is compared by manual calculation. For longitudinal reinforcement design of SRPMM beam with data f'c=20 MPa, fy=300 MPa, fyt=300 MPa, initial dimension of beam 300/500, dp=8 mm, D=19 mm, Mu(+)=65,92 kNm, Mu(-)=110,03 kNm, Tu=14,233 kN, obtained by the upper reinforcement =4, the lower reinforcement =3, Md(+)= 96,555 kNm, Md(-)=124,597 kNm, torque longitudinal reinforced =2, The result of this count is the same as the result of manual calculation. For reinforced shear reinforcement SRPMK 3 span section with data f'c=35 MPa, fy=350 MPa, fyt=320 MPa, initial dimension of beam 250/400, dp=10 mm, D=19 mm, Tu=9,24 kN, Vu1=57,557 kN, Vu2= 156,381 kN, clean span 1 (L1) = 1 m, clean span 2 (L2) = 3,5 m, clean span 3 (L3) = 1 m, the result of clean span 1 (L1) Av,u = 1855,02 mm2, s=75 mm, clean span 2 (L2) Av,u=737,104 mm2, s=170 mm, clean span 3 (L3) Av,u=1855,02 mm2, s=75 mm, the result after the combination of clean span torque 1 (L1) Av,u=2509,64 mm2, s=60 mm, clean span 2 (L2) Av,u=1339,84 mm2, s=115 mm, clean span 3 (L3) Av,u=2509,64 mm2, s=60 mm. The result of this count is the same as the result of manual calculation, it can be concluded that Scode Beam is valid compared manual calculation and is suitable for beam planning.
