Abstract

Abstract Terminal is a node in a road transport network system that serves as a public service namely, a place for passengers and / or loading and unloading of goods, for traffic control and public transportation, as well as intra and inter-mode transportation. In Surakarta City itself has a land transportation terminal that is Tirtonadi Terminal Surakarta. In order to improve the quality of service and to create a smooth traffic especially land transportation, this terminal needs to be developed both in terms of service and from the physical form of the terminal itself. This is because, the terminal is one of the public facilities that need to be provided by the government in order to support transportation. This study aims to analyze the investment of tironadi terminal development project. The analytical tool used in this study is to use the Feasibility Analysis of Financial Aspect that is by Net Present Value (NPV) method Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net BCR), Gross Benefit Cost Ratio (Gross BCR) Profitability Ratio (PR), Payback Period (PP), Break Even Point (BEP). Based on Net Present Value (NPV) calculation shows positive result (Rp 73,967,831,000.00)> Zero, Net BC 1,4719> 1, Gross BC 2,6414> 1, Internal Rate of Return IRR 9,8827%> DF 8% Profitability Ratio (PR) 1.4719> 1, Payback Period for 18 Years 7 Months, and Break Even Point for 31 years 3 months .. So if assessed through the criteria of investment projects worthy to run and profitable. Keywords: Tirtonadi Terminal, Investment, Economic Analysis.
