Abstract

Aisyiyah Surakarta is one of the health education institutions that have ma'had / pesantern program for two months. In the learning process, ma'had uses a curriculum designed to produce graduates of Muslim health who have a balance between religious knowledge and health. This study aims to find out how the implementation of curriculum ma'had STIKES Aisyiyah Surakarta in 2016. This research is a type of qualitative research using descriptive approach. Data obtained from observations, documents STIKES, and interviews with mudir and also staff ma'had STIKES Aisyiyah Surakarta. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis method which is systematically and profoundly explained to data which have been collected in the form of detailed explanation. The results showed that the curriculum model contained three kinds of curriculum model. The first is the academic subject shown by the thematic studies given in the learning process. Both are social reconstructions that are fitted with their diasrama life habits, so that good social relationships will be established. The third is humanist, this is indicated by the provision of individual guidance such as kultum, ma'had mahasantri organization, as well as training that is developing the potential mahasanri ma'had. Furthermore, in the implementation of the curriculum ma'had divided into two levels. First, at the school level, the director plays a role in all ma'had curriculum planning. The director only becomes the coordinator of curriculum implementation, this is because everything that is technical is left to the youngbbiroh and mahasantri incorporated in OMM. The Director plays a role in the evaluation of curriculum implementation. Secondly, in the classroom level, in the learning process, the OMM becomes an important actor to carry out all planned activities. Then in the guidance of learning, ma'had accommodates the potential of the mahasantri through something that is accustomed as well as the training of mahasantri skills.
