Abstract

This research aims to find out, 1) learning materials development flood material on exstracurriculer Sekolah Siaga Bencana, 2) the effectiveness of the development of learning materials exstracurriculer Sekolah Siaga Bencana. Model development using draft Thiagaraja model 4D. Design research using one grup pretest-posttest design with 30 respondens i.e. learning follow a extracurriculer Sekolah Siaga Bencana in SMP Negeri 4 Klaten. Data analysis techniques used were test T (t-test), there is an increase in the value of the results of the study average 30,6 with average value increased 56,0 pretest on post testbeing test result ang 86,6 T (t-test) showed a significant value (2-tailed)= 0,0000 which means less than 0,05 so that H0 is rejected and the H1 is accepted, so significant difference between pre and post test then, learning meterials flood developed stated effective use in the learning process in extracurricular Sekolah Siaga Bencana. The result of the assesment of the final product by the respondents of the research have a value of 4,0 average media expert and expert material where as the average 4,75 out of a teacher’s companion. So, book learning materials products materials flood categories include “GOOD”
