Abstract

Early marriage in Indonesia is still very high and it became one of the staples of reproductive problems faced today. This is often caused by economic factors, education, yourself, and parents.This research was conducted in the Karangrayung District Regency of Grobogan. The purpose of this research is to know the judge's consideration of the denied petite marriage disqualification application related to the decision number 0377 / Pdt.P / 2015 / PA.Pwd and marriage law to address the number of early marriage phenomenon in Indonesia using descriptive normative method, with primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used literature studies, and field studies were analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that judge consideration denied marriage dispensation because the age of the prospective bride is still aged that will be bad if the marriage is still implemented. Ministry of Religious Affairs in addressing the issue of early marriage by always providing socialization and understanding continuously by involving community leaders in the region.
