Abstract

This study aims to find out the reasons for the prohibition of marriage and judge consideration in examining the cancellation of marriage on the decision Number 0456/Pdt.G/2011/PA.Ska. The result of the study is the reason for the cancellation of marriage Breast milk reduces the same characteristics as the mothers' breastfeeding genes that interfere with health when married, and the prohibition is described in Hadits Riwayat Abu Daud. Judge Consideration In Checking Cancellation of Marriage in Decision Number 0456/Pdt.G/2011/PA.Ska based on examination of the applicant's petition letter, responded reply and testimony of witnesses in the hearing.
