Abstract

The research aims to determaine the effect of sustainability report disclosure on financial performance, firm value and capital structure, on occured in companies incorporated in the LQ45 index and JII index and listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2011-2015 period. Sustaiability report disclosure measurement used Sustainability Report Diclosure Index (SRDI) based on Global Reporting Index (GRI) indicator. Financial performance measured by Return On Asset (ROA). Firm value measured used Torbins Q. While capital structure measure used Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Design of the research is quantitative with hyphotetico deductive approachment. Research result indicated that there is no significant positif relationship between sustainability report disclosure and the financial performance. Sustainability report disclosure has no significan positif relationship on firm value. And Sustainability report disclosure has no significan relationship on capital structure in the LQ 45 index, while Sustainability report disclosure has significan relationship on capital structure in the JII index.
