Abstract

The construction service industry is one of the industrial sectors that has a high accident risk. In pile production there are still potential hazards and some cases of accidents, with these researchers looking to assess high-risk jobs with JSA methods in the prevention and control of occupational accidents. The purpose of this research is to know the prevention and control of work accidents in the work of piles round path 4 PT. Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk PPB Boyolali. This research method using Descriptive Observasional. The sample of this study is the entire workforce that works the path. Data analysis starts from configuration of work to be analyzed, using observational method by using method jSA characteristic of respondent with univariat and and evaluation of availability and kesesuain. The results of research on the type of work with high speed on line 4 is on the process of moving the mold with hoist, spinning, crushed trolley, rotated engine. Alternative controls that need to be applied
